How come most real estate agents have pictures of themselves on their business cards?
Does it invoke more trust? Maybe. Probably.
But then why don’t many other professionals do it? Stockbrokers, lawyers, interior decorators, plumbers, and dentists all generally leave their mug off their business cards.

they also put their photos on the “for sale” sign, and in ads they put in local advertising.
i guess there is some common wisdom in their industry that sticking your photo in these places will increase trust.. i think the theory should be revisited
