    These guys are looking at the situation from the wrong perspective, IMHO. It’s not about “reaching people at work,” the lesson is “how people buy.”
    And they buy by talking to their community.
    So…the REAL opportunity is NOT to figure out how to slam more traditional marketing into a workplace, it’s to figure out how to find the passionates/the raving fans and turn them into a marketing asset.
    And now you know why I left MSFT to hang out the shingle as the leading consult for CDM: Community Driven Marketing.
